Delivering a rare specialist for Deloitte, in two days
Deloitte needed a rare front-office specialist for a financial client with niche operational requirements. The role was high-visibility and high-risk, and traditional channels were not fast or precise enough to meet the demand.
Challenge:
The ideal person needed financial acumen, market-savvy experience, and the ability to operate in a high-risk, high-visibility role. Placing the wrong person would carry reputational cost for both Deloitte and its client, so the fit had to be exact.
Solution:
