Outsized isn't a jobs board or an open talent platform. Clients can't browse profiles unless you've agreed to it. In other words, you're invisible until you choose otherwise. You decide which roles to apply for. We only share your profile with a client once you've said yes to a specific role. We never promote you without your permission. Not in talent pools, no unsolicited introductions, no surprises.
