Identify a Candidate
Think about who in your network could be a good fit for the opportunities you’ve seen. Maybe an independent peer, a former colleague, or someone you know who has the right skills and experience for the specific project or role.
Submit a Referral
Select ‘Refer & Earn’ on the project page and enter the details of the person you are referring. Make sure all details are correct and accurate to ensure a smooth referral process.
Earn Your Reward
If they are hired, you will receive your $500 USD reward as soon as they sign the contract. Enjoy the benefits of helping your network while earning a substantial rewards!

Who can I refer?
You can refer anyone who is currently working as an independent talent or looking to move into independent consulting. This could be an ex-colleague, a peer, a friend – anyone from your network!
Who can submit a referral?
Only registered Outsized Community members can submit referrals.
How are referrals tracked?
We use a tracking system to ensure your referrals are traced back to you. You’ll receive regular updates on the status of your referral, and we’re on-hand to help you with any questions or issues.
Simply fill in the form with the details of who you wish to refer for a project or role and we’ll handle the rest.
When and how will I receive my rewards?
You’ll receive your reward once your referred talent signs a contract — provided the contract is won within 365 days of your referral.
Payments are processed within 30 days after you submit your invoice.
What if my referred talent is hired for a different project than the one I nominated them for?
You’ll still receive the $500 reward as long as the contract is signed within 365 days of your referral.
