How we charge for our services

Outsized never takes any part of the freelancers’ earnings. Instead, we add a market-competitive percentage uplift to clients.

For building and managing talent pools in Bench, there is separate pricing. See full details here.

For contracting-as-a-service, the percentage uplift is lower than for a normal assignment, given that we do not provide the matching service (you already have the talent, and we manage onboarding, contracting, and payments).
