Building a fit-for-purpose engine for complex transformation

A professional services firm needed to mature its transformation capability to safely deliver a growing portfolio of complex corporate services change initiatives.

The organisation had never undertaken a transformation at this scale. Delivery practices
were fragmented, governance was inconsistent, and decision-making was unclear across multiple SaaS and corporate services projects. The immature execution model was creating delivery risk, poor
design choices and fatigue in both project and business teams.

Rebecca led a multi-disciplinary consulting team to design and apply a delivery maturity improvement program. This included assessing and uplifting the execution operating model using global
frameworks (P3O, benefits realisation and change maturity models), reset governance and prioritisation, deep-diving into key projects to remediate and reset, coaching and mentoring delivery staff, and assessing PMO, project and change capabilities.

The firm strengthened enterprise delivery governance and built internal capability to manage large-scale transformation more effectively. Early results included clearer decision pathways, improved collaboration across functions and more empowered, skilled delivery teams. The work established an enduring foundation for consistent, scalable change execution.
