3 years of culture investment into measurable momentum
A large local council needed to understand whether a three‑year investment had created meaningful change, and where to focus next across a 5,500‑strong workforce.
Challenge:
After several years of culture initiatives, leaders lacked a clear, current view of progress. The last culture measurement was in 2022, and there was uncertainty about which efforts were working, how behaviours were shifting, and where to target investment. The CEO and Executive Team needed robust evidence of impact and a practical way to reset priorities.
Solution:
Our Capability Co-lead, Rebecca, led a culture survey using the Human Synergistics OCI framework, supported by detailed analysis across divisions and cohorts. She partnered with the CEO, Executive Team and People & Culture function to run executive and divisional debriefs, then facilitated leadership and targeted department action‑planning sessions to translate insights into clear focus areas and commitments.
Impact:
The work confirmed a statistically significant uplift in overall culture and gave executives sharper insight into the drivers of improvement. It reset how the council interprets cultural data and prioritises action—shifting from leader‑led programme activity to a more system‑driven, evidence‑based approach to culture.

- Designed and delivered a workforce strategy for a large organisation, translating long-term strategic ambition into capability requirements, structural shifts, and practical workforce changes that positioned the organisation for future service demand.
- Led a full organisational culture review and uplift for a large enterprise, using Human Synergistics OCI/LSI to diagnose behavioural barriers, align the executive team, and create a targeted, practical action plan to shift leadership behaviour and strengthen cross-team collaboration.

Building enterprise-wide AI confidence and capability at scale
A global organisation needed to safely introduce generative AI into daily workflows, uplift employee skills and embed strong risk and compliance foundations across the workforce.
Challenge:
The organisation recognised the opportunity presented by generative AI but needed to pair innovation with strong risk, compliance and cyber-security expectations. With AI representing a new way of working for most employees, the organisation required a scalable skilling program that could build foundational understanding, mitigate risk and uplift prompting capability to for safe, effective use.
Solution:
A global, multi-modal learning program was deployed to build safe and effective AI capability at scale. A train-the-trainer model enabled rapid rollout, supported by microlearning, drop-in coaching, short how-to content and role-specific prompt masterclasses. A central repository and evolving prompt library provided ongoing support. Engagement was strengthened through synchronous global workshops, gamified learning, prompt parties and cross-team hackathons, creating connected learning communities. Partnerships with technology leaders ensured content remained relevant, while analytics and feedback shaped ongoing refinement.
Impact:
The program achieved enterprise-wide adoption, with over 7%% of employees completing mandatory training and more than 6,500 weekly users actively leveraging AI tools. Over 26,000 daily prompts demonstrated strong behavioural uptake, supported by a culture of safe, responsible AI use. More than 7,000 employees participated in global prompt masterclasses, and over 830 employees engaged in hackathons that strengthened capability, creativity, and peer-to-peer learning.
