- Led IAG Satellite brand portfolio strategy and customer value proposition designed to underpin $1.2B growth agenda, embedding customers at heart of decision making.
- Led Optus brand repositioning and launched ‘It’s Possible’ campaign at M&C Saatchi, the brand’s largest campaign at the time, post-pitch win.

Debt Clarity Tool – How creating a new way to simplify debt became a win–win for customers and the business.
Australians juggling multiple debts needed a simpler way to understand true costs, evaluate consolidation options, and regain control – without scepticism or confusion.
Challenge:
Customers of a large Australian financial services firm were overwhelmed by complex repayment structures and inconsistent lender messaging. Many felt stuck or unsure how to make the best decision – and lacked a transparent, trustworthy tool to compare options or understand long-term impacts.
Solution:
A new debt management framework was created, anchored in a memorable mnemonic to turn complexity into clarity. An interactive calculator revealed the real cost and duration of existing debts, supported by behavioural nudges and accessible educational content. The experience launched across web and app to maximise reach and usability.
Impact:
The tool gave Australians confidence and clarity, helping many shorten repayment timelines or unlock monthly cash flow. It strengthened the brand’s reputation as a wellbeing-focused, customer-led lender; improved funnel progression; and received national recognition for lending innovation.

- Led implementation of AIA Group’s Integrated healthcare strategy across APAC, partnering with country business units to implement transformation roadmaps and build capabilities to meet strategic goals.
- Strengthened AIA’s health and wellness ecosystem strategy, identifying and onboarding regional and local partners to strengthen provider networks and improve member care journeys.
- At Deloitte, redesigned utilisation management for insurers by creating a data‑ and AI‑driven value‑chain map that improved clinical workflows and revenue‑cycle performance.
